DELIVERIES and RETURNS

Bienvenue dans notre section sur la politique de livraison. Nous souhaitons vous informer sur nos modes
de livraison et nos tarifs. Notre objectif est de vous offrir une expérience claire et simple, instaurant ainsi un climat de confiance et de fidélisation.

ZONE 1- Saly / Ngaparou : Free delivery - Estimated time 2 days

ZONE 2 – Somone / Nguerigne : 1,500F - Estimated time 2 days

ZONE 3 – Dakar : 4000 F by clandestine delivery (you will have to come and collect your package from the place indicated). Estimated time 4 days

Collection of your order is also possible free of charge at the Atelier de Saly.

ZONE 4 - Rest of Senegal : Deliveries will be made by road or by La Poste du Sénégal, by registered mail + acknowledgement of receipt + express. Estimated time: 7 days

-From 20 to 99 gr: 4500 F

-From 100 to 250 gr: 4800 F

Collection of your order is also possible free of charge at the Atelier de Saly.

From 90,000 F order: FREE DELIVERY IN SENEGAL

RETURNS :

1/ Damage or loss during transport:
In the event of receipt of a package in poor condition, the buyer must send Gabyjoux a complaint email within 2 days following the date of receipt of the package, to the following address: gabyjoux@gmail.com
In the event of a delay in delivery, it is essential to alert us within 8 days for shipments made to Senegal and within 3 weeks for shipments outside Senegal, by sending us a complaint email to: gabyjoux@gmail.com
If after 30 days the package is still not delivered, Gabyjoux will consider it lost and will make a second shipment at its own expense.
If the carrier informs us that the package has been delivered to the sender and sends us a delivery note signed by the buyer, Gabyjoux will consider that the package has been delivered and the buyer will have no recourse.
Without a complaint from the buyer within the time limits indicated, Gabyjoux will decline all liability towards the buyer.

2/ In the event of non-compliance with the delivery of the order (the confirmation email being proof), you must first return the package received to Gabyjoux, by any means at your disposal. Gabyjoux undertakes to reimburse you for the sums already paid within 30 days maximum, by means of a bank transfer, Orange Money or Wave. For any complaints, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the package at the following address: gabyjouxstore@gmail.com
