1/ Damage or loss during transport In the event of receipt of a package in poor condition, the buyer must send Gabyjoux a complaint email within 2 days of the date of receipt of the package, to the following address: gabyjoux@gmail.com (mailto:gabyjoux@gmail.com)In the event of a delay in delivery, it is essential to alert us within 8 days for shipments made to Senegal and within 3 weeks for shipments outside Senegal, by sending us a complaint email to: gabyjoux@gmail.com (mailto:gabyjoux@gmail.com)If after 30 days the package is still not delivered, Gabyjoux will consider it lost and will make a 2nd shipment at its expense. If the carrier informs us that the package has been delivered to the sender and sends us a delivery note signed by the buyer, Gabyjoux will consider that the package has been delivered and the buyer will have no recourse. Without a complaint from the buyer within the time limits indicated, Gabyjoux will decline all liability towards the buyer.
